General return window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date for unused, uninstalled parts in original condition. Parts must be in their original packaging with all labels, seals, and documentation intact.

Condition requirements

  • Part must be uninstalled and unused — we cannot accept parts that have been installed, even briefly.

  • Part must be returned in the original manufacturer packaging. Damaged, repackaged, or substituted boxes will result in the return being refused.

  • All original labels, seals, and serial number stickers must be present and intact.

  • Parts returned in different packaging than originally shipped will not be eligible for a refund.

Fuel system components Injectors · Pumps · Rails · Turbos

Due to the precision nature of fuel system parts, the following additional conditions apply:

  • All fuel system returns are subject to bench inspection before a refund or exchange is issued. This typically takes 2–5 business days.

  • If an installed part is believed to be defective, do not remove and reinstall — contact us first. Reinstallation voids the return.

  • We reserve the right to decline a return if the serial number, packaging, or country-of-origin markings do not match our outgoing shipment record.

  • Parts showing signs of improper installation, contamination, or damage not consistent with a manufacturing defect are not eligible for return.

Non-returnable items

  • Electrical components (sensors, solenoids, control modules)

  • Special-order parts ordered specifically for your machine

  • Parts purchased more than 30 days ago

  • Any part that has been installed, modified, or disassembled

  • Drop-shipped items (rubber tracks) — subject to supplier return policy; contact us first

How to start a return

  • Email us at parts@southvalleyequipment.com or call (385) 287-4366, EXT 3 before shipping anything back.

  • Include your order number, the part number, and a description of the issue.

  • We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number — returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.

  • Ship the part back in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 2–5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
